The mixed grain field is showing a good stand of grain- well enough grown by mid June for the rows to be easily seen. There is some mustard ( the broadleaf also visible) which is not a problem as the grain outgrows it quickly. This year with all the moisture we have had, there is an excellent catch of the alfalfa and clover underseeding too.
