Guilford's Organic Seed & Feed

This is a photo of our tractor pulling a cultivator to till up a field that will be summer fallowed this year. There is a lot of quack grass on this field and I feel it’s the only way I’m going to get on top of the situation. I tried using a mulcher last year as an experiment on fallow ground as a soil building strategy, but the quack grass just seem to take over. However I will say the the soil is a nice crumbly texture, but it’s going to take more tilling than I like to get it ready for a crop in 2004.
