Wireworm Project 2007 - OACC Research Project

A three year rotation trial, established in 2007 aims to examine the effect of various crops on wireworm abundance. Buckwheat, pictured here, is included in the rotation. Buckwheat’s rapid growth results in early or repeated tilling, which may disrupt wireworm populations.
