Carrot & Brocolli Project 2007 - OACC Research

Broccoli was grown at three different sites, and was transplanted at two points in the season. We grew seven organic cultivars, and compared them to two conventional standards (Arcadia and Early Dividend). For carrots, twelve organic cultivars were planted at six different sites, and compared to the conventional standards Napoli and Neptune.
