Maritime Organic Grains Network: Organic Field Crops Workshop

The Maritime Organic Grains Network is hosting an Organic Field Crops Workshop with focus on Soybeans.

The workshop will be held at the Howard Johnson Dutch Inn, Cornwall, PEI on Feb 17th from 9:30 to 4 pm.

Harro Wehrmann of Wehrmann Seeds, Organic Grain farmer and processor from Ontario will be the guest speaker. Also, results from the 2009 organic field trials conducted by OACC and information will be provided about new crops and emerging markets.
