Danielle Brault

I'm an agronomist and I graduated from Laval University in Québec City in 1980.

I have worked for the Department of Agriculture since 1986, and in organic agriculture since 1988. I work to develop organic farming and helping farmers in their transition.

I have served as President of the Committee of Organic Agriculture at the CRAAQ (Centre de Référence en agriculture et agroalimentaire du Québec) for the past 4 years. We organize a provincial meeting each year on different subjects and we try to publish information.

I also have worked extensively (over 10 years) as an external member on various organic certification bodies. In addition, I am a homeopath, and therefore I work extensively with animal health concerns.
